Technical Support via Forums

Unlimited technical support via our support forums is provided free of charge to all eCommerce Web Store operators.

Technical Support via Email

Unlimited technical support via email is provided free of charge to customers on Paid Plans. Customers on free store plans will be charged $25 per incident for each email you require answered. Emails will generally be answered within five business days. Please follow the guidelines below.

  • On the subject line, please include your store id followed by a ' - ' and a brief description of the problem.
  • Emails should be limited to a single question per email.
  • Please include:
    1. Contact name
    2. Contact phone number
    3. In depth description of the problem with screen prints if possible

Technical Support via Phone

All Web Store operators on Paid Plans may contact us for technical support during our standard operating hours.

Technical Support is available Monday thru Friday from 10am to 4pm. Use only the information provided here, requests to other phone numbers or email addresses will be ignored.

Check your support plan for your free Technical Support call quotas.

Phone calls in excess of your weekly support quota will be charged at the current support rate of $25 per incident. You will need to have a valid credit card to place your support call.
